With over a decade in healthcare, I bring a diverse skill set to support your well-being. My approach is rooted in trust, mutual respect, and relatability—therapy should feel safe, not sterile. Whether through CBT, DBT, traditional talk therapy, or a blend of methods, we’ll explore strategies that work for you.

Beyond my professional role, I’m a proud Pelham native, happily married with two children and our Bernese Mountain dog, Bruce the Moose. When I’m not balancing family and work, I’m likely diving into a new hobby.

Dannika is a passionate and experienced Master’s Level trained social worker with over 15 years of experience. She has experience working with a variety of populations and especially enjoys working with couples, parents and youth 12+ with various concerns.
